What is a DFB Laser Diode?
Distributed feedback (dfb laser diodes) integrate a grating into a cladding layer surrounding a dh laser diode. Compared to dh laser diodes, this etched (or deposited) diffraction grating offers narrower laser linewidths and high temperature stability.
